What’s involved in being a tester for the Frank pilot?

First of all, you’ll need an Android smartphone.

Your Privacy is important to us
The pilot has been designed to be 100% anonymous. This means that none of the data we collect during the pilot can be connected to your real world identity.

How much effort will
be required?

After application installation, your participation will require about one hour of effort in total.

The pilot will run for seven days.

How will I do the testing?

You’ll need to download the Frank keyboard and Frank application to your Android phone

You’ll use the keyboard in all of your everyday applications like email, social media and messaging for the seven days

What else do I need to do?

An opening survey (2 mins) at the start of pilot and closing survey (2 mins) at the end of pilot

A mood survey 3x per day
(30 seconds each)

The Discrete Emotion Questionnaire 1x per day (5 mins)

What’s in it for me?

Once you’ve completed the pilot, you’ll have the opportunity to win one of three Fitbit Senses (valued at $500)
